I've been where you are


As someone who grew up loving the health and beauty industry, I’ve always had a passion for helping others feel, look, and achieve the best versions of themselves. While I had a dream to be a make-up artist, I decided early on that I would get a degree in Psychology, because I was more fascinated by how people function—what motivates them, how they behave, and what makes them tick.

During my first few years after college, I worked as an aesthetician in Chicago, IL to dabble in my passion for beauty. I absolutely loved the connection I had with my clients for that one hour they were with me. I loved cultivating a space where they could relax, forget their daily stressors, and leave feeling confident in themselves. However, there was still something missing.

I went back to school and received my Masters from Arizona State University in Applied Behavior Analysis. This was my aha moment. I realized I could create a career that allows me to work with clients in a one-on-one setting while understanding their behaviors to make reaching their goals significantly easier! When you can master your behavior patterns, you can master your life. I dove headfirst into whole-body wellness from understanding behaviors to how our bodies move. This led to me learning all about how our fascia controls so much of what we do and how behaviors can become locked into it. The tightening and stiffening of your muscles hold onto patterns, stress, and unwanted processes. That’s why I’m so proud to offer habit coaching AND fascial stretch therapy (FST™)—to heal your body from the inside, out.

I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel like you’re stuck in a pattern you can’t break. That’s why I created my habit coaching program and FST™ services to help you better understand those patterns and get you on a path to feeling good.

Whole-person Habit Coaching
This is a 12-week program where we dive deep into your current habits and lifestyle to figure out what’s holding you back from living your best life. Together, we will look at what behaviors and habits are currently sabotaging your progress and create a plan to move you forward.

Whether your goal is to move better, eat healthier, or simply wake up with more energy, we will create a plan that breaks down your goals into simple, attainable steps based on your strengths while slowly overcoming your obstacles with behavior change.

During 1:1 habit coaching, you’ll get:

• 1 free exploratory session to make sure we are a good fit
• Bi-weekly 60-minute Zoom calls or in-person visits at our Scottsdale office
• Weekly email support and accountability
• ​Various resources and handouts to provide you with guidance and make your journey easier

Fascial Stretch Therapy Sessions
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST
) is one of the most effective ways to release pain, restore movement, and feel better in all of your day-to-day activities.

During our sessions, we will work to assess your current movement patterns and create a plan with actionable practices you can take with you from our Scottsdale office. 


FST sessions include…
• In-depth assessment of your current state and goals
• ​60-minute, in-person stretch session
• A customized stretch plan to continue bodywork at home or in the gym

Virtual LifeStretch Sessions
Not local? No problem! In an effort to help everyone feel their best, I offer virtual stretch sessions so you can move freely from wherever you are! LifeStretch is a functional movement for people at all levels of flexibility and mobility. Based on Fascial Stretch Therapy principles, LifeStretch meets you where you are and focuses on gaining flexibility and breath work through specific, guided stretches.

Do you provide workouts and/or meal plans?
No. Whole-person habit coaching is a behavior-based program and does not offer nutrition plans, medical advice, or mental health conditions. ​
How is habit coaching different from fitness coaching?
Habit coaching takes into account everything from mindset work, habit development, behavior shifts, and lifestyle changes. While habit coaching does not provide workouts or nutrition, we work on the processes that are hindering your progress at the root and provide a road map to establishing daily habits that promote the healthy life you deserve. ​
Is habit coaching in-person or virtual?
Both! If you’re near Scottsdale, AZ, I can meet with you in person or provide a combination of virtual and in-person to fit your schedule. ​
Who is habit coaching for?
Habit coaching is for anyone who wants to break old patterns that are holding them back from the best versions of themselves and struggle with staying on track of meeting their goals.
Who is FST for?
FST is for you if you’re looking to improve your overall mobility, movement patterns, and quality of life. ​
